Work to Play Transition


Items that can be multi-functional are easy for me to take the plunge on. I am excited to partner up with Banana Republic to showcase these two looks, with the dress acting as the multi-functional piece. I love this dress for the weekend--off the shoulder, flared sleeves, and a dramatic bow. The length and striped pattern also would make it a good work dress. Topped with a classic cardigan and a pearl necklace, and voilà, easy peasy transition between play and work.
