Black Feathers at NYFW

My other look that I wore for NYFW was an all black ensemble with a feather skirt. How could I not resist feathers? They're so romantic and feminine. I contrasted the fullness of the skirt with a crop top. 

David Tlale had the same idea about feathers, as one of my favorite piece in his S/S '15 show included feathers in blush pink. Vivienne Tam's collection took inspiration from Beijing's Forbidden City. The rich fabrics, textures, and colors were just mesmerizing.
