Sheath details

Pardon my long absence. Work has been too crazy and when I'm not working, I'm just trying to catch up on some sleep. This past weekend was my first full weekend off in the last 6 weeks, so I finally had a little bit of time to quickly do a photo shoot. I like wearing sheath dresses to work--it's elegant and yet so easy, especially when I'm in a rush in the morning. It's in the details that count when trying to style a solid colored sheath dress, like wearing a great statement jewelry piece or bold color/print shoes. These snake print shoes would particularly be great to slip into for after-work cocktail. 

I've always been a huge fan of Amrita Singh jewelry collection with her elegant and beautiful statement pieces. I love this particular necklace, especially with it being reversible having a different color on the other side, making it more versatile to wear.
