I've traveled between NYC and California for work in the past, but I have officially moved and made NYC my new home.     Not a bad switch. I've been doing NYC back and forth between Atlanta and now New Hampshire, and it's fabulous... not to mention, totally different on the style charts. Loving your picture and hoping the move went smoothly! If you need any good places to eat, hit me up ;).
