I'm feeling like the Upper East side...with Gossip Girl fashion that is. This skirt is reminiscent of the show Gossip Girl / Blair Waldorf style to me for some reason. (Anyone else enjoy that show? It's one of my favorites, I love the beautiful fashion in it!) I don't know exactly what it is, but I adore this high-waist umbrella skirt with its subtle iridescent floral pattern when viewed up close. Paired here with a feminine ruffle lace top. Thanks! =) I've only bought this one pair of Shoemint so far, but I think the quality is decent. The shoemaker of the line is actually Steve Madden himself, so I would think the quality is comparable to his brand of shoes. =)
